Amazing service, and pretty good food! Ask for less mayo on the torched salmon toast if you are health-conscious. I was especially in love with how smooth the hojicha latte was.

We ordered avocado toast, smoked torched salmon toast, hojicha latte and a tea for Cad$33 including tax. This place is so cozy and inexpensive; will definitely come back!

Very aesthetic espresso bar hidden in Markham you would miss it if you were driving. Amazing and busy place for locals!

Matcha latte: subbed oat milk and half syrup was perfect for me. Thick and creamy with a nice matcha taste but beware their matcha powder is bitter so opt for full sweet if you aren't a black coffee drinker.

Iced americano: very strong and high in caffeine, got a caffeine rush after two sips!

Cream of mushroom soup: can never go wrong with cream of mushroom soup. The mushrooms were sliced, perfectly seasoned and the bread was AMAZING. thick and crispy and buttered to perfection!

Potato curls: DELICIOUS. its like curly potato chips perfect crispy and thin - i got herbed which was very nice.

Service: was never served water had to ask and they thought we already had cups for it but was never given water so had to run back. Theyre very busy limited spots and small tables and one large group table thats usually reserved. Fans and kitchen is pretty loud where we were sitting but overall great experience! Great food!

NOTE: Has a 1 hour and half sitting limit and also kitchen closes at 2:45pm.

Excuse my poor photos. Forgot to take some proper ones, was very hungry!

Amazing + Great little cafe shop.
I came here on a Tuesday brunch date with one of my closest friend and this place is definitely a hidden gem. After all, we did find this place on yelp ;)
When heading into the cafe shop everything was so clean and it reminded me of the coffee shops back in Asia, which means - clean, simple, and cute! When I was talking to one of the employees there, she told me that this store has been opened for almost 2 year!

    Food:
    Lots of choices!
I got the avocado toast and the matcha latte which equaled out to be around $17 for the whole meal. What I love best about the Matcha Latte is that it was not too sweet unlike how some other places make it. They do not add to much sugar yet it's still so good! For the Avocado toast it was the perfect portion to keep myself full for the rest of the morning.

Over all I think this is the perfect getaway to a nice brunch date or somewhere peaceful to study. Definitely recommend this cafe shop!

One of the best coffee shops in the GTA! I came here on a weekday and it was pretty quiet--I was seated near the back at the small table. I ordered an Ethopian coffee and it was divine. Very smooth. It was perfectly curated by the barista. While I was leaving I inquired about the roasting techniques and beans used. They apparently use V6's and get their beans from a local roaster--Social--in Markham. After my visit, I was inspired and even bought my own V6 from Amazon.

Located in a tiny plaza, this small establishment is Unionville's neighbourhood gem for coffee and breakfast/lunch foods.

The interior is simple and clean. There's a little bit of a train theme incorporated into the space.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. For example, I asked to sit at the window seating and the staff raised the screen. However, I found it too sunny so I pulled the screen down.

Their $8 special of the day, egg white and spinach omelette with salad, was like finding treasure. The omelette had mushrooms, cheese, spinach and possibly onions. To get this amount of nutritious food for less than ten dollars is nearly impossible nowadays.

While I didn't try their coffee or espresso, I did order a green tea (bagged tea). They let it steep before giving it to me. I appreciate the attention to detail.
